Roastmaster Solutions Ltd started with a conversation on a roasting course. Ashley Poole, a commercial gas engineer with fifteen years of experience, and Jamie Banwell, a specialty coffee professional with twenty years in the industry, realised they were seeing the same problem from opposite ends. No one in the UK was properly bringing those two disciplines together - so they built a business that did.
